Introduction Maybe I should start talking to you about the word success; this is the state of being able to achieve the purpose or goal that Allah has set for you. If you read the Bible in Jeremiah 1: 5 God is telling Jeremiah " Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. I have made you a prophet to the nations " .  This shows that God put a purpose in us while we. were still in our mother's womb. If you can achieve that goal then we say someone has succeeded. Success is often achieved in business, education, agriculture, or other areas. Now may be we should ask ourselves why some are not successful and some are successful?The here lies in understanding; it is true that God has created a purpose in you but the responsibility for achieving that purpose is yourself. Introduction

Jobs have been hard to find in these times, unlike in the past where it was easy when a student just finished college, was automatically employed. At the moment things have been difficult, so it requires serious attention in preparing for employment. There are basic steps you can take to increase your chances of finding a job. 

Despite the difficulties, there is no despair in getting the job you want, although there are many monopolies in the job market such as people giving jobs to each other, job vacancies are not advertised or jobs are not available until corruption is rampant.

It is possible to do it again and you will succeed, let me talk to you who feel maybe life has become difficult maybe there is something I have taken your time you have done but it has not brought you the results as you expected.
